How does it work?
Easy, first create an account, then register your company

You can register as many users as you need, such

Immediately upon registering, you can start posting deals, jobs, specials,
thoughts, etc to your company wall. All posts will be reposted to every member's

When you are ready to market your inventory, email us your inventory line items
in either an Excel, CSV, or tab delimited file. Your file can contain either
products or services, such as overhaul capabilities. We support unlimited line
items at no additional charge. After we receive your file, we will map it in our
system so it knows what inventory fields you use. Once mapped, you will be able
to upload new files yourself or we can setup an automatic daily FTP upload.

I am already uploading my inventory to up to 3 locator services, why add one
more?
We understand the mode of thinking when you post to multiple web sites (The more
places I post my inventory the more likely it is to be found) but this takes
time and money. What is better, manually uploading to 3 web sites or being
posted automatically to thousands? Would you rather go to 3 web sites to search
for parts you need, or just search from your own web site? Think about it this way,
buyers have to pay to search those same 3 locator services, so why not reduce
that down to none? We believe it is better to make your inventory distributed
across all members websites which will likely increase your sales and reduce
buyers' cost to find it, at the same time.
Can I use Rhobi along with my existing programs?

Why should I show other member’s inventory on my own web site?
First, you really need to understand how we go about showing other people's
inventory on your website. When you add the Marketplace page to your website, it
defaults to your company's wall. That means visitors to your website will only
see your company's posted deals, jobs, specials, and inventory returns,
unless they specifically opt to search a higher level. They must select
a specific community, such as Commercial Aviation, Bearing, etc. It's important
that you understand that your inventory
will always show up at the top of any search return if they are searching from
your website.
Also, think of it as a community effort. When you help a buyer find what they
need, even from a competitor, they will remember that you helped them! What
separates you from your competition is how good your customer service is. This
is especially true in a marketplace where everyone is selling the same parts.
Helping the buyer find what they need is inarguably good customer service.
What about other part locator services. Can Rhobi work with them?
Yes, Rhobi does give you the ability to
create an inventory report from the inventory database if you wish to continue
using other services. This report can be emailed directly to any other parts
locator service. Not everyone will join our communities right away, and this
will cause some of you to pay to list your inventory on other services.
You can help reduce this problem by spreading the word about Rhobi and what we
offer you. As our community grows, members can rely less on other services. We
understand that services like ILS, Partsbase, etc. have a long heritage and a large database of inventory. But, we feel that by taking
advantage of newer technology like Rhobi, we can offer you much more for a lot
